Cool box Leira 19 litres
Unlike a cool bag that runs on ice packs, our Skandika Leira electric cool box keeps food cold for longer. It is designed to keep cold or warm food at the temperature at which it is filled. This makes Leira the ideal companion for camping, picnics, road trips and for transporting hot and cold food and drinks. Due to a printing error in the instructions, we would like to point out that the actual capacity is 19 litres and not 20 litres.

Cooling and heating
With its semiconductor refrigeration technology, the Leira cool box is designed to keep cold or warm food at the temperature at which it is filled. At an ambient temperature of 25 °C, it cools down to 10 - 18 °C and can reach a temperature of 50 - 70 °C to keep food warm.
Power connection
For unlimited flexibility and mobility, the cool box not only has a standard household mains connection, but also a 12 V plug for the cigarette lighter for use in the car.
Environmental protection and energy saving
The semiconductor cooling system contains no hydrocarbons and the use of a thick PU foam layer ensures better insulation and therefore greater environmental protection and energy savings.
Car battery discharge protection
The cooler is equipped with deep discharge protection, which protects the vehicle battery from complete discharge. If the battery voltage is too low, the cool box switches off automatically and the indicator light goes out.
MAX and ECO mode
Thanks to its environmentally friendly energy-saving function, Leira is particularly energy-efficient. The cool box also scores points with a special rubber seal in the lid for reduced condensation and a double-walled plastic housing.
Lid lock
Thanks to the well thought-out design, the carrying handle has a locking device for the lid. If the carrying handle is in the rear position with the lid closed, the cool box cannot be opened.
Cable compartment for storage
To avoid cable clutter, there is an integrated cable compartment in the lid for storing cables that are not used or required. The control panel for switching the box on and off and for setting the operating modes is also located here.
Removable lid
The lid can be removed to make cleaning the cooler easier. To do this, open the lid to approx. 45° and pull it upwards out of the hinge. The container can then be cleaned with a cloth lightly moistened with water.
For on the go
Thanks to its practical and slim design, the cool box fits behind the driver's or passenger's seat, allowing easy access on long car journeys. Leira is the practical companion when travelling, camping, at festivals or at the next barbecue party.
